Really good Elegance and Hospitality!

The Arabian Court showed excellent detail. The main pool offered a serene space. The staff greeted us with smiles. Their interactions with our daughter left lasting impressions. I will return soon. The resort architecture amazed me. I found the spaces fine. The comfort exceeded my expectations. The setting created a dreamy experience.

i liked the abundant water bottles in the bedrooms it was important for hydration.

the service was lacking in several ways sometimes they said they made a reservation for you yet upon arrival at the restaurant no reservation existed i chatted with the butler on whatsapp but hours passed without a response the kids staff were lazy and didn't take anything in charge it was a poor service kids club.

the size of my arabian court beautiful king room was great. it had a really spacious layout with amazing amenities (i especially loved the well-stocked mini-bar!). the hotel provided complimentary water and towels at both the beach and pool. this.

the hotel seemed indifferent to my requests. i had requested a late check-out, but this request was refused despite the hotel appearing not busy.

I must mention a couple of issues I encountered. The air conditioning in the room was not up to par. It seemed to be fixed at 22.5 degrees Celsius. This made the room uncomfortably warm. I was charged double for the room upon checking out. This required significant effort to resolve. They also blocked my credit card twice, without realizing it.

I found the rooms very spacious and well designed. The room was ALWAYS cleaned, and everything worked perfectly. I especially liked that the staff was very nice, particularly with our baby. The pools are wonderful, and activities around are a NICE touch.

Ordering food to the pool lounges is not possible. Food options felt somewhat limited, UNLESS you eat at the pool bar.

The hallways sometimes had a strong smell of cleaning products. It was a bit much.
