Really good Elegance and Hospitality!
excellent detail serene space friendly staff dreamy experience
The Arabian Court showed excellent detail. The main pool offered a serene space. The staff greeted us with smiles. Their interactions with our daughter left lasting impressions. I will return soon. The resort architecture amazed me. I found the spaces fine. The comfort exceeded my expectations. The setting created a dreamy experience.

The pool area included numerous loungers and shaded sections for relaxation, while access to the waterpark offered amazing!!! entertainment. The fitness center featured state-of-the-art equipment, with multiple treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights available for a full workout.

mixed feelings about the experience
missing reservation lazy staff
i liked the abundant water bottles in the bedrooms it was important for hydration.
the service was lacking in several ways sometimes they said they made a reservation for you yet upon arrival at the restaurant no reservation existed i chatted with the butler on whatsapp but hours passed without a response the kids staff were lazy and didn't take anything in charge it was a poor service kids club.

Really good stay!
spacious layout amazing amenities
the size of my arabian court beautiful king room was great. it had a really spacious layout with amazing amenities (i especially loved the well-stocked mini-bar!). the hotel provided complimentary water and towels at both the beach and pool. this.
the hotel seemed indifferent to my requests. i had requested a late check-out, but this request was refused despite the hotel appearing not busy.

the breakfast buffet at rotisserie had great quality and a big variety of options. i could also eat breakfast at other hotels within the resort (the palace was another good option).

the hotel has its own private beach and a state-of-the-art pool area suitable for families and adults. complimentary aqua venture park tickets were included with my stay, giving day access to the park.

fixed temperature double charge
I must mention a couple of issues I encountered. The air conditioning in the room was not up to par. It seemed to be fixed at 22.5 degrees Celsius. This made the room uncomfortably warm. I was charged double for the room upon checking out. This required significant effort to resolve. They also blocked my credit card twice, without realizing it.

Excellent Stay at a Luxurious Oasis
spacious room clean room attentive staff wonderful pool
I found the rooms very spacious and well designed. The room was ALWAYS cleaned, and everything worked perfectly. I especially liked that the staff was very nice, particularly with our baby. The pools are wonderful, and activities around are a NICE touch.
Ordering food to the pool lounges is not possible. Food options felt somewhat limited, UNLESS you eat at the pool bar.

the baggage service personnel were attentive, assisting with taxi arrangements. the pool's design ensures ample shade from palm trees over sunbeds. the hotel extends along a 2 km beach, providing ample space (it felt very private).
during my stay, i noticed the absence of coffee machines in the rooms, with only instant coffee available.

Breakfast offered many fresh and delicious options, suitable for various tastes. there are many restaurants to choose from. dinner was especially good. The buffet was one of the better ones i've had (especially with the seafood selection).

The Palace Manzil Superior King Room included host service. It also came with afternoon tea and evening drinks. That was lovely. Breakfast was also very varied!
The hallways sometimes had a strong smell of cleaning products. It was a bit much.
